Payment and Fees

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to modify our fees with appropriate notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, purelogicium AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.
